摘要: |
针对卫星通信的需求,提出了一种谐波混频结合宽带匹配滤波电路的设计方法。采用小型化平行耦合微带滤波器,利用高频场仿真软件和谐波平衡仿真软件,研制了小型化的极高频(Extremely High Frequency,EHF)上变频器,实现了变频、滤波、驱动放大一体化设计。模块集成度高,结构简单,体积小,测试结果表明其技术指标全面满足设计要求。 |

Abstract: |
For the requirements of satellite communication,a design method of harmonic mixing combined with broadband matched filter circuit is presented.By using miniaturized parallel coupled microstrip filter and HFSS and ADS,a miniaturized extremely high frequency(EHF) up-converter is designed,thus realizing the integrated design of frequency conversion,filtering and driving amplifications.The module is featured by high integration,simple structure and small size.Test results show that its technical indexes meet the design requirements. |
