针对现代综合模块化航电系统的机内测试(Built-in-Test,BIT)虚警问题,深入分析了其I类和II类BIT虚警的产生原因及机理。结合航电系统综合化、模块化的架构特点及其复杂性、层次性、相关性和不确定性的故障特征,从模块和系统两个层次提出了BIT虚警的技术解决措施以及全寿命周期需采取的设计手段。重点给出了一种基于模型的系统级BIT虚警识别算法,能依据测试性建模输出的D矩阵,分析测试之间相悖或相互佐证关系,识别虚警和确认真实的故障指示。最后,结合综合航电超短波功能进行了案例验证。 |

Abstract: |
In order to solve the false alarm problem of built-in-test(BIT) in modern integrated modular avionics(IMA) systems,the reasons and mechanisms of type I and type II BIT false alarm are analyzed.By combining the architecture features of IMA systems and the complexity,hierarchy,correlation and uncertainty of the fault features,the technical solutions to the BIT false alarm and the design activities through the avionics system’s entire life cycle are proposed at both the module hierarchy and system hierarchy.A muti-signal model-based system-level BIT false alarm recognition algorithm is given,which can be used to identify BIT false alarms and confirm true fault indications by analyzing contradiction and corroboration relationships between tests based on the D-matrix output by testability modeling.Finally,a case of ultra and very high frequency(U/VHF) communication function is provided for verification. |
