第三代合作伙伴计划(3GPP)在Release-12(R12)中所提出的LTE-Hi(Long Term Evolution-Hotspot/indoor)系统是解决室内及热点地区移动数据流量剧增问题的重要技术。在简要介绍LTE-Hi系统的部署场景和需求后,对系统中所涉及的部分关键技术进行了阐述,并分析了关键技术中小小区开关和发现以及基于空中接口同步技术的研究现状,最后对系统下一步研究方向进行了展望,期望为相关人员的研究提供参考与借鉴。 |

Abstract: |
The Long Term Evolution-Hotspot/indoor(LTE-Hi) system proposed by the 3rd Generation Partnership Project(3GPP)in Release-12(R12) plays an important role in solving the problem of the increasing data traffic indoor or in hotspot areas.After briefly introducing the deployment scenarios and requirements of LTE-Hi,this paper discusses part of the key technologies which are involved in the system.The current research on small cell on-off switching mechanisms and strategies,discovery technologies and radio-interface based synchronization is analyzed particularly.Finally it presents several possible future research directions of LTE-Hi in hope of providing reference for those concerned. |
