摘要: |
对卫星导航信号易受干扰的原因及其对系统正常运行产生的影响进行了分析,并介绍
了国际电联对卫星导航系统频率的划分和目前各主要系统对频率资源的使用情况。通过对国
际卫星导航系统委员会(ICG),尤其是美国卫星导航频率保护方法的深入分析,结合对我
国“北斗”系统在运行中发现的几个干扰案例的原因分析,指出了我国卫星导航系统频率保
护所面临的严峻形势和主要问题,并根据我国的现实情况,探讨了“北斗”卫星导航系统保
护对策,为今后“北斗”卫星导航频率保护政策的制定提供了有益参考。 |

Abstract: |
This paper analyses the reason why the satellite navigation signals are
vulnerable to the interference, and the influence of the harmful interference o
n the radio-navigation satellite system, introduces the frequency allocations to
the radio-navigation satellite service and its utilization status. Through anal
ysing the frequency spectrum protection measures taken by the ICG(International
Committee of Global Navigation Satellite Systems),especially the USA, an
d the reason for the interference to the Beidou system, the main issues encoun
tered by Beidou radio-navigation satellite system are pointed out. Finally, a
ccording to China′s situation, some suggestions are given as a reference to the
protection policy in the future. |
