声表面波射频识别系统的发展与应用

摘要:
介绍了声表面波射频识别系统(Surface Acoustic Wave Radio F requency Identification Devices,SAW RFID)的结构、声表面波器件的工作原理以及特点 ,回顾了声表面波技术的发展,并分别从军用和民用两方面总结了SAW RFID的应用,提 出了SAW RFID系统在实现上的关键技术和技术难点。最后指出,随着这项技术的发展,将使 物联网再次发生质的飞跃,实现良好社会效益。

Abstract:
The structure,principles and characteristic of Surface Acoustic Wave Radio Frequ ency Identification Devices(SAW RFID) are introduced.The development of Surface Acoustic Wave(SAW) is reviewed.The military and civilian applications of SAW RFI D are summarized.Finally,the key technology and technical problems of SAW RFID a re proposed.It is pointed out that with the development of SAW technology,the In ternet of Things(IoT) w ill undergo a qualitative change in terms of capacity, technology and service so as to achieve good economic and social benefits.
