Abstract: |
The structure,principles and characteristic of Surface Acoustic Wave Radio Frequ
ency Identification Devices(SAW RFID) are introduced.The development of Surface
Acoustic Wave(SAW) is reviewed.The military and civilian applications of SAW RFI
D are summarized.Finally,the key technology and technical problems of SAW RFID a
re proposed.It is pointed out that with the development of SAW technology,the In
ternet of Things(IoT) w
ill undergo a qualitative change in terms of capacity, technology and service so
as to achieve good economic and social benefits. |
