中继蜂窝网中基于负载均衡的中继节点选择算法

摘要:
提出了一种中继蜂窝网络的基于负载均衡的中继节点选择策略(Load Balancing Rela y Selection,LB-RS)。根据每个用户的具体信道状况以及中继节点服务的用户数目,LB-RS 以分布式的方式为每个用户选择最优的中继节点。仿真结果表明,与基于单一物理层参数的 中继节点选择算法相比,所提出的中继选择算法综合考虑了物理层的信道状况以及MAC层 的资源与用户状况,有效地利用中继节点选择来实现小区内的负载均衡,获得了吞吐量性能 与用户公平性之间的折衷。

A Load Balancing Relay Selection Algorithm for Relay Based Cellular Networks

Abstract:
A load balancing relay selection algorithm(LB-RS) is presented for rel ay based cellular networks. According to current user channel conditions as well as the user numbers that relay serves, LB-RS chooses the optimal relay node for each user in a distributed way. Simulation results demonstrate that compared wi th other relay selection schemes only based on physical parameters,LB-RS achieves load balancing through effective relay selection method. This is realized by jointly considering physical layer conditions as well as MAC layer con ditions, so as to efficiently obtain a tradeoff between the system throughput an d the user equity.
