通过分析使用SP9T天线开关实现WCDMA-GSM双模七频段的典型手机射频电路,提出了一种
采
用SP4T天线开关的简化设计方案。该设计在保证性能的前提下,极大地降低了成本和器件面
积。测试结果表明,该方案各项射频指标,包括发射功率、灵敏度、PVT、频率误差、相位
误差、调制频谱和开关频谱等,全部符合3GPP的通信标准,完全能够实现WCDMA和GSM两种移
动通信制式的7个频段的通信能力。该方案已成功应用于实际的手机产品当中。 |

Abstract: |
This paper introduces a simplified design of RF circuits
of WCDMA-GSM dualmode sevenband mobile phone based on the SP4T antenna swi
tch through analysing
the typical architecture by SP9T antenna switch. This design reduces the cost a
nd components area greatly and also promises the performance. Test result shows
all RF performances of this design including transmit power, sensitivity, PVT
, frequency error, phase error, modulation spectrum and switching spectrum are c
onsistent with the 3GPP communication standard,and the design can realize WCDMA
and GSM seven bands communication.This design has been successfull
y applied in mobile phone development. |
