介绍了无线局域网(WLAN)所用IEEE 802.11x标准的技术特点和频率特性,选择修正的COST
231 HATA无线信号传播模型对信号路径损耗进行计算,以图表的形式描述了WLA
N所在频段(2.4 GHz)的空间信道衰落特征。通过计算得出结论:随着传输距离和AP/S
TA天线高度差的增加,WLAN无线信道路径损耗将迅速超过系统可容忍的最大值,从而使WLAN
室外覆盖范围缩小,合理布局WLAN基站/AP将有效地实现WLAN网络的室外覆盖效果。最后
,为WLAN的室外覆盖场景应用提供了有价值的规划布局建议:多层次立体网布局
和改善系统上下行平衡都将极大地提高WLAN系统的室外覆盖效果。 |

Abstract: |
The technical features and frequency characteristics of IEEE8
02.11x protocol in Wireless Local Area Network(WLAN) are introduced. The radio
path loss is calculated by using COST231 HATA correction transmission model. Th
e space channel fading characteristics of 2.4GHz frequency in WLAN are shown in
graphics. By calculation, following results are obtained: along with the increas
e of transmission distance and the difference of antenna height between AP(Acces
s Point) and STA(Station).The WL
AN radio path loss will exceed the tolerable maximum path loss of WLAN system ra
pidly, the WLAN coverage scope will be limited .The WLAN outdoor coverage will b
e improved when the WLAN BTS/AP is deployed based on the path loss. Finally, a
valuable WLAN outdoor coverage deployment suggestion is given that WLAN outdoor
cove
rage will be improved by deploying multilayer AP layout and keeping the balance
of uplink path and downlink path. |
