UHF频段超带宽模拟滤波器驻波比的优化设计

摘要:
针对网络综合方法不能直接设计滤波器驻波比的问题,提出了一种改进电路的滤波器驻 波比优化设计方法,即在网络综合法设计滤波电路的基础上,把电路输入输出端的并臂电感 转换为串臂电感,并直接并联电容以增加衰减极点,然后利用电路优化技术使得幅频特性对 称且通带内驻波比接近于1。仿真结果表明,优化后UHF频段超带宽滤波器幅频特性接 近算术对称,驻波比最大值仅为1.194,且3 dB带宽达到了444%。

Abstract:
To solve the problem that the network synthesis method can not design the filter ′s voltage standingwave ratio(VSWR),an improved method for the UHF UWB(Ultra Wideba nd) filter′s VSWR optimization is proposed. The parallel inductor is transforme d to series i nductor which is in parallel with the capacitor to increase the attenuation pole in the circuit designed by the network synthesis method,and then the amplitude frequen c y arithmetic symmetry is realized and the VSWR is close to 1 by the circuit opti mization technology. The simulation results show that the proposed method can ge t arithmetic symmetrical amplitudefrequency and the max value of VSWR is only 1.194 in passband, and a 3 dB bandwidth of 44.4%.
