基于新型脉宽调制技术的温控系统的热设计

摘要:
针对测试设备既需要精度高又要求移动测试的需求,提出了一种基于新型脉宽调制技术的温 控系统方案。以某测试设备机箱为例,首先介绍了温控系统的工作原理,然后用热分 析软件对系统进行仿真分析,计算了在不同环境温度及风扇风量条件下各模块的温度,对仿 真结果进行分析并采取了改进措施,工程应用证明了该温控系统方案是可行的。

Abstract:
A novel PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) temperature control system solution is p roposed to meet the requirements of test equipment for both high precision and mobile test. Taking a test equipment cabinet as example, the operation principl e of the temperat ure control system is introduced, then, simulation analysis of the system is ma de with thermal analysis software,each module temperature is calculated under d ifferent temperature and fan air volume conditions, the simulation analysis resu l t is analysed and improvement measures are adopted.The feasibility of the temper at ure control system solution is verified in engineering application.
