Abstract: |
A high performance frequency synthesizer is designed which combines direct digit
al synthesis(DDS) and direct analog synthe
sis techniques to achieve fine resolution as small as 1 Hz,the fastest switc
hing speed less than 800 nanoseconds,spurious rejection less than -65 dBc
and phase noise less than -115 dBc offset 1 kHz. |
