机载产品“未发现故障”的处理

摘要:
“未发现故障”(No Fault Found,NFF)对航空运输及各型军用飞机产生了很大的影 响,使得维修费用增加,投资成本加大,影响飞机正常出勤。分析了产生故障的5种原因, 即设计缺陷、测试覆盖率低、技术资料可操作性差、维修水平低下以及维修时间不充分等, 提出了设立产品数据库、建立“黑名单”、加强沟通与交流、增加备件等4种解决方法。以 某机载计算机为例,介绍了一例典型的机载设备“未发现故障”“AA-OFF”的处理方 法。

Abstract:
No Fault Found(NFF) in airborne equipment has a great impact on air craft. It can increase the cost and lower the reliability so as to influence mis sions of aircraft. This paper discusses fi ve causes of NFF, that is defects in design,low test coverage,poor expression i n technical information,low level of maintenance and inadequate maintenance tim e, and provides four solving approaches to NFF, that is establishing database,s etting up a blacklist,enhancing communication and increasing spare parts. Finall y, this paper presents the processing method of a typical example(“AA-OFF”) in airborne computer.
