Integration Technology for Phased Array Antennas |

Abstract: |
Lowcost,higher frequency and scalability are the main impetuses to t
he development of phased array antennas integration technology. In this paper, t
he progresses in architecture of phased array antennas (bricktype and tilety
pe building blocks) and RF circuit integration technology (chips with multifun
ction and RFwafer scale integration) are reviewed. Finally, it is pointed out
that development of multi-functional chips is an important way to deve
lop millimeterwave phased array antennas. |
