机载AIS接收机冲突概率分析

摘要:
通过加装机载自动识别系统(AIS)接收机,可解决宽海域的民用船舶识别问题,扩充岸基 船舶交通管理系统(VTS)站的监 测范围。对机载AIS接收机接收海面船舶AIS信号的冲突概率进行了理论分析,推导出观 测时间与发现概率的关系,通过搭建模拟环境,对接收性能进行了仿真,并给出了相应的结 论。

Abstract:
Equipping the AIS(Automatic Identification System) receiver onto the airplane ca n solve the identificat ion problem of widerange civil ships and expand the surveillance range of the o nshore AIS station. In this paper the collision probability of airborn e AIS receiver is investigated and the relationship between observation time and disco vering rate is concluded. The receiving performance is simulated and relevant co nclusion is drawn.
