针对弱信号条件下的频率精确测量问题,提出了一种新的时域和频域相结合的算法,
实现了一种数字式实时高准确度频率测量系统。搭建了系统测试平台,测试结果表明,测量
时间为1 024个采样点、归一化频率为05条件下,信噪比10 dB情况下相对均方根
准确度约为1.2×1
0-5,信噪比0 dB条件下相对均方根准确度约为77×10-5。在较高信噪
比、10万点测量时间下相对均方根准确度可达71×10-11。 |

Abstract: |
In accordance with the problem of the high accurate frequency measure
ment, a novel algorithm using both the frequencydomain and the timedomain in
fo
rmation is proposed, and a high precise realtime digital frequency measurement
system is implemented. The system testing platform is established. The test resu
lts show that under the condition of the signaltonoise ratio(SNR) is 10dB an

0dB the relative root mean square(RMS) accuracy can reach 1.2×10-5 and
7.7×10-5,respectively,when the number of the sampling points is 1024 an
d the normalized frequency is 0.5. And the relative RMS accuracy can reach 7.1
×10-11 when the SNR ratio is high and the number of the sampling
points is 100 thousand. |
