| 摘要: |
| 针对卫星探测海洋目标的效能问题，研究其基于实用化应用的量化描述方式。建立
卫星探测能力评估指标体系，并给出各评价指标的定义及数学模型，然后基于层次分析法确
定卫星探测海洋目标的各评价指标权重。以某想定为背景，进行了仿真计算，最后基于卫星
探测海洋目标效能评估能力量化描述得出卫星探测能力优劣结论。仿真结果表明，该指标体
系
能够解决卫星探测海洋目标的综合效能评估问题，并且该研究成果对航天装备效能评估和装
备体系发展规划论证具有一定的指导意义。 |

| As to the problem of detection capability evaluation for satellite obse
rving on sea target, the factors′ quantitive description method in practical
application is presented.An index system is proposed, and the
definitions and computing method for the indices are provided. Then the
quantitive p
oint of an index system is decided based on Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).Givi
ng a partic
ular scenario, an example is calculated combined with computer simulation, and t
he conclusions are drawn based on the factors′ quantitive description of dete
c
tion capability evaluation for satellite observing on sea target. The simulation
results illustrate that this model can effectively deal with the problem of dete
ction capability evaluation of satellite. The result is an important guidance fo
r satellite equipment efficiency evaluating and development reasoning in the fut
ure. |
