| With the wide application of computer and Internet technology and evolving to the functional replacement platform for legacy service system, the concept of cyberspace emerges and becomes a new domain contested by each party participating in modern information warfare due to its disaster features such as penetrability, vulnerability, and destroy of key components. This paper introduces the development and activity for concept of operations (CONOPS) of cyberspace, analyzes the trend of cyberspace, and gives some responding ideas and proposals. |
