Abstract:

The key concept of high speed serial bus signal integrity test is introduced including jitter,eye pattern,inter-symbol interference(ISI),error control,etc.The test result is given in combination with RapidIO high speed serial bus system application,and the related specifications are analysed by using jitter spectrum method.
