Abstract: |
This paper introduces a novel vehicle-borne satellite mobile communication system designed for emergency applications,including its basic structure and theory,and presents some new techniques applied in the system,such as digital stable platform,conical-scanning,and adaptive compass calibration.Finally it provides the entire software implementation flowchart. |
