介绍了一种新型的车载动中通(移动卫星通信)应急系统的构成和基本原理,主要讲述了实现中所应用的几种新技术,如数字稳定平台、圆锥扫描和罗盘自适应校准等,最后给出了软件实现。

Abstract:
This paper introduces a novel vehicle-borne satellite mobile communication system designed for emergency applications,including its basic structure and theory,and presents some new techniques applied in the system,such as digital stable platform,conical-scanning,and adaptive compass calibration.Finally it provides the entire software implementation flowchart.
