Abstract: |
The disadvantages of the SIP phone using TCP and UDP in reliability,congestion control and security are analysed.Then, the SIP phone based on SCTP and DCCP is designed because of their fine performance.Furthermore,the process of the signaling is described and the realization of this phone is given. |
