Abstract: |
The characteristics of Millimeter-Wave(MMW) Phased-Array Radar(PAR) are described,the principle of electronically scanned array(ESA) and primary electronically scanned techniques for MMW array are presented,as well as phase-controlled scan and phase shifter techniques.Main application fields of MMW PAR are illuminated and its progress is anticipated on the basis of radar and semiconductor techniques. |
