Abstract: |
The generation reason of blackout,its effect on the propagation of electromagnetic wave and the electrical characteristic parameters of plasma are described.As an example,the operation frequency of TT&C and data transmission(TTC&DT) and the attenuation constant of electromagnetic wave through the blackout zone are estimated.The TTC&DT system,main functions and key technology of spaceplane are also discussed. |
