点滴智能控制系统的设计与实现

摘要:
依照精确、可靠、稳定的原则,设计点滴智能控制系统。利用步进电机的可控性、高精度性和红外光发射接收检测传感元件3DU的高灵敏性,以及89C51单片机的可编程性进行综合设计。实现了由主站控制多个从站的有线监控系统,根据实际需要,通过MAX485扩展出所需的从站数目。监控系统通过键盘控制液体点滴速度,并可自动报警;主站和从站间的通信实时性好。

Abstract:
A drop-intelligent-control system is designed.The system combines the controllability and high precision of the step-machinery and high sensitivity of 3DU,the infrared ray radiating-receiving detective sensor,and realizes the function of the single main station monitoring the multi-substations.If needed,it can expand the number of the sub-stations through MAX485.The liquid dropping speed,controlled by the key board of the monitoring system,can alarm automatically.It can communicate efficiently between the main station and substations.
