| Design of a Novel Interleaver |

| On the basis of introduction to two interleavers, a new interleaver named random block interleaver is designed and simulated. Simulation results show that the proposed interleaver is easy to design and uses less memory than other interleavers. Its performance is superior to block interleavers, and just inferior to random interleavers. |
