Abstract: |
A new type of 17GHz radio interface technology, WIND-FLEX combines the high data rate, high spatial efficiency, flexible design and dynamic adaptivity and reconfigurability features aiming at dynamic optimization of system performance in the presence of time-varying channel conditions, traffic loading and QoS requiremen. Firstly, the management status and characteristic of 17GHz wireless channels is analysed. And then an overview of the WIND-FLEX system and network architecture, and its application scenarios are provided. |
