本文简要综述了日本天基测控通信网数据中继与跟踪卫星系统(DRTSS)的体系结构及特性、测控通信系统及其技术性能，并介绍了日本与国际联网合作的近况。

Abstract:

This paper summarizes the architecture and characteristic, TT&C communication system and its technical specifications of data relay and tracking satellite system(DRTSS) for Japan TT&C communication network, and introduces the recent cooperation situation between Japan and international organizations.
