在对红外光谱分析仪的研究与开发过程中,发现仪器传感、信号放大、信号处理等多个环节对环境温度的变化敏感,对仪器的正常工作有明显的负面影响,会导致仪器测量不准,解决这一问题的常用方法就是温度补偿。采用温度补偿电路对仪器系统的温度漂移进行补偿不但补偿过程复杂、效果有限而且会增加仪器系统的成本。通过研究和实验,认为采用软件的方法对仪器的温度漂移进行补偿,具有综合补偿效果好、方法简单、不增加成本的突出优点,是一种值得推荐的方法。 |

Software Compensation Method for the Temperature Drift of Infrared Spectrometers |

Abstract: |
In the process of researching and developing the infrared spectrometers, it is discovered that several links are sensitive to the environment temperature, such as the instrument conduction, the signal amplification and the signal processing, which has negative influence on the operation of the instrument, and will result in measuring error. A common method to solve this problem is temperature compensation. If adopting the temperature compensation circuit to compensate the temperature drift of the instrument system, there are two deficiencies: One is the complicated process and the finite effect and the other is the increase of the cost. Research and experiment demonstrate that the method of adopting the software to compensate the temperature drift has such outstanding advantages as good comprehensive compensation effect, simple and without increasing the cost. This method is well worth recommending. |
