Abstract: |
This paper introduces a 2.14GHz microwave power amplifier with high linearity which can be used in 3G base station or other communication systems. Using power back and feedforward methods , the IM_3 of this power amplifier is better than 51 dBc.This paper describes the design method of main power amplifier with power back and design method of feedforward circuit which improves the IM_3 of the power amplifier from 41dBc to 51dBc. |
