| 在分析了目前的模拟语音室存在的缺点后，提出了建立数字网络语音室的解决方案。介绍了系统结构框图和学生机的各模块，重点阐述了共轭结构代数码激励线性预测(CS-ACELP)算法编码和解码的原理。最后总结了数字网络语音室的功能和技术特点。 |

| Design and Layout of a Digital Network Speech Classroom |

| After analyzing the disadvantages of the analog speech classrooms at present,the solution is given to establish a digital network speech classroom. The system block diagram and modules of student terminal are described with emphasis on the coding and decoding principle of conjugate structure algebraic-coder-excited linear prediction(CS-ACELP) scheme.Finally the functions and technical features are summerized. |
