概要介绍了空中通信平台集成技术、影响同时工作的诸多因素和实现同时工作所能采取的技术途径，重点研究分析了为兼容工作开发的频率管理算法。

Abstract:

This paper briefly introduces the integration technology of air communication platform, the factors to effect simultaneous operation (SIMOP) and also the technology to realize SIMOP, with emphasis on the frequency management algorithm developed for compatible operation.
