摘要:

本文主要介绍利用谐波混频技术设计的X波段频率合成器。该频率合成器具有跳频速度快、输出频带宽、相噪低、体积小、重量轻等特点 ,同时没有倍频环节 ,降低了系统的设计难度 ,便于实现。

Abstract:

An X-band frequency synthesizer designed with harmonics mixing technology is presented. This frequency synthesizer has such performance as fast switching, wide output bandwidth, low phase noise, small in size and light in weight.Without multiple-frequency part, the difficulty of the system design is decreased, so it's easy to realization.
