摘要:

本文较为详细地介绍了最佳量化的基本方法以及块自适应量化编码的原理，同时给出了采用高速DSP芯片技术实现SAR原始数据压缩的原理和实现结果。

Abstract:

In this paper,the basic optimum quantizing method and the block adaptive quantization code principle is introduced in detail.The SAR raw data compress principle, the realization method by digital signal processors and the result are also given.
