基于单片机高精度电感测量的设计与实现

摘要:
电感元件是电路中应用最为广泛的元件之一,因此电感的精度将对电路的性能带来直接的影响。本文设计的电感测量方案,采用L-T电路,将民感量转换成与之对应的振荡周期T,经缓冲电路、整形电路后送入CPU进行测量及数据处理,并直接数字显示测量结果。本文介绍了该测量方案的硬件和软件设计,同时也对测量误差的产生原因作了扼要的分析。

Abstract:
Inductance is one of the components widely used in circuit and its precision can effect directly the performance of the circuit. The method for measuring the value of inductance in this paper adopts L-T circuit,which can translate value of inductance to oscillation cycle and transmit value of inductance to CPU to measure and process data through buffer circuit and filter circuit. The circuit can also show directly the measuring result. In this paper, not only the design of hardware and software is presented, but also the cause of measuring error is analyzed.
