Stopping Criterion for Iteration Decoding of Turbo Codes |

Abstract: |
This paper introduces two new kinds of effective criterion for stopping the iteration process in turbo decoding, studies the performance of two stopping criterions. Both stopping criterions are based on the cross-entropy concept (CE), but the new criterion is simpler than CE criteria and can be realized with lower complexity. |
