数字化语音减速保调播放插值算法及实现

摘要:

对数字化语音减速保调播放问题进行了研究并提出了一种播值算法。实验表明，算法既保证了语音质量，又有良好的实时性。

Abstract:

Studies on the problems of playing digitized voice at a reduced speed while reserving its origingal tunes has been made,and an interpolation algorithm is presented.Experiments show that the algorithm not only maintains voice quality ,but also has good real-time performance.
