本文介绍了作者对200MHz并行多通道实时采样系统中固有的误差:多通道非均匀时间采样误差和增益误差校正的方法。在频域对采样数据进行频谱重建,消除了由于非均匀时间采样引入的高次谐波,使得采样时间误差均值减小到原来的3.84。同时还对增益误差进行了完全校正,取得了较好的效果。 |

Abstract: |
The paper proposes an useful method to correct the nonuniformly sampling errors of the 200MHz real-time data acquisition system which is realized by interleaving/multiplexing technique. The errors include the time error and the gain error caused by unbalance among the multi-sampling channels. An algorithm that can reconstruct the digital spectrum perfectly is derived. The simulation and experiment have proved the algorithm is noniterative and precise as it can reduce the time error to 3 84. In addition, the gain error can be corrected completely. |
