数控刀补的一种实用算法

摘要:

在数控系统中刀具半径补偿的方法常采用直线过渡。本文主要叙述在缩短型转接方式时,不同情况下的转接矢量特殊算法。即:圆弧—圆弧,圆弧—直线,直线—圆弧有相交点时的转接矢量求法。

Abstract:

In numerical control system, cutter radius compensation always uses a straight transition method. This paper chiefly describes special algorithm of the different adapter vectors in shortening adapter mode, that is adapter vector algorithm of circular radian to cirular radian, ciruclar radian to straight line, Straight line to ciruclar radian in the cross points.
