| Modern communiations and radars System require microwave frequency sourcewith the extreme low phase noise, which high performance SAW oscillator has applied widely init. This paper describes the principle and type of SAW oscillator and the attainable level at pre-sent. A typical example applied to microwave frequency synthesis is given in the paper. |
