| This paper discusses purpose,significance,traits,based contcnt and executed way in technology management of electronics engineering research institute.The relations of circuit,construction and technology design are described.It is emphasized that new technology shall be developed and that technical reform shall be accelerated,so as to promoting development of electronics industry. |
