基于云模型的卫星通信抗干扰效能评估

摘要:
对于卫星通信而言,现有的抗干扰效能评估方法的评估结果受人为主观因素影响较大,尤其是在指标类型较多时这一问题尤为突出。为解决这一问题,首先对评估指标逐层分析,在此基础上建立合理有效的评估指标体系;其次,利用云模型处理定性指标,实现定性概念到定量数据之间的转换,减少指标自身的主观性和模糊性。针对传统层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP)中权重向量不具备体现专家判断的随机性和模糊性的缺点,提出了一种云模型改进的层次分析法,利用云模型将多个专家得到的权重向量进行“云”处理,将归一化后的权重向量作为最终方案,最后在美军先进极高频(Advanced Extremely High Frequency,AEHF)系统上得到验证。实验结果表明,此方法有效减少了专家评估的主观性,使得评估结果更加客观合理;同时可以实现对卫星通信抗干扰效能的评估,进而为抗干扰方案的选取提供依据。

Abstract:
In satellite communications,performances of existing anti-jamming effectiveness evaluation methods are greatly affected by human subjectivity,especially when the number of index types is large.To solve this problem,evaluation indexes are analyzed layer by layer.On this base,a reasonable and effective evaluation index system is constructed.Then,a cloud model is used to process qualitative indexes to realize transformation between qualitative concept and quantitative data,thus reducing the subjectivity and ambiguity of indicators.To solve the shortcoming of traditional analytic hierarchy process(AHP) method where the weight vector does not reflect the randomness and ambiguity of experts judgment,an improved AHP based on cloud model is proposed.The cloud model “clouds” the weight vectors obtained by multiple experts,and its normalized weight vectors are the final solution.Experiment results on the U.S.militarys Advanced Extremely High Frequency(AEHF) system show that this method effectively reduces the subjectivity of expert evaluation,which makes the evaluation result objective and reasonable.This method realizes the evaluation of the anti-jamming effectiveness of satellite communications and provides a basis for the selection of anti-jamming schemes.
