针对低成本、低延时和实时处理的性能要求,采用PCI9052和SJA1000设计实现了PCI-CAN总
线交换电路,裁剪了传统设计中的控制和缓存电路,降低了成本和数据转换延时,设计了Vx
Works系统下针对硬件电路的驱动程序。为提高可借鉴性,重点给出了软硬件设计中的关键
点和设计建议。成果已在工程产品中应用且具有通用性,实测数据转换和处理延时
小于0.5 μs。 |

Abstract: |
Based on performance requirement of low costs, little delay time and r
eal-time process,a circuit of PCI and CAN bus exchange is designed by usin
g PCI9052 and SJA1000, which cuts off the control and buffer in traditional hardw
are circuit for reducing costs and shortening delay time. Also,the hard
ware driver is developed based on VxWorks. Finally the key points in designing t
he hardware and software are provided for enhancing quotability. The design has be
en applied in products and has great versatility. The delay time is under 0.5 μs
in actual product test. |
