在AVS信源编码标准体系下提出了AVS-QSVC质量可分级视频编码算法。该方法很好地
解决了漂移问题,使基于频谱的分级编码与普通非分级编码具有几乎相同的计算复杂度,而
效率却得到大幅提高,并易于实现8级以上的视频分级编码,提供较高的灵活性,使其能较
广泛地适应不同的网络交换环境。 |

Abstract: |
The AVS-QSVC quality scalable video coding algorithms are proposed in the AVS so
u
rce coding standards. The algorithms solve the drift problem effectively so tha
t the classification encoding based on spectral and ordinary non-scalable coding
has almost the same computational complexity, but the coding efficiency is incr
eased slightly. What′s more,it′s easy to realize more than eight grades scalab
le coding, providing greater flexibility, and enable them to adapt to different
network exchange environments. |
